- Conduct field visits to companies, organizations, and potential clients to promote the company’s services.
- Identify and attract new clients through direct marketing and face-to-face communication.
- Present the company’s services and solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and business partners.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable services and solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities and confirmed contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare quotations and business proposals.
- Conduct field market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned marketing and sales targets.
- Prepare regular reports on field visits, client interactions, and business development opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and attract potential clients.
- Good understanding of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid Bahraini driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Familiarity with Bahrain’s local market and business environment is an advantage.
Shoot, cut and finish the stories that come out of Legato Studio — from talk shows and podcasts to brand films and short-form social content.

- Plan and film productions across our eight studio zones and on location
- Edit, colour and finish long-form episodes and short-form cut-downs
- Operate multi-camera setups, lighting and audio for TV programs, talk shows and podcasts
- Build motion graphics, captions and cover frames that match each client's identity
- Keep footage organised and deliver on time, every time
Requirements
- A showreel that proves your eye for framing, pace and story
- Fluency in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a plus
- Hands-on experience with cinema cameras, lighting and audio capture
- Comfortable working with talent, clients and tight turnarounds
- Arabic and English is a plus
