About these terms
This website, legato.law, is run by Legato W.L.L. (“Legato”, “we”, “us”), based at Bahrain Financial Harbour, Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.
These terms explain the rules for using our website. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
Using our website
You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to our pages. When you use the site, please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or its admin area, or interfere with its security;
- overload, disrupt or damage the site — including automated scraping or requests at a level that affects its performance;
- send spam, malicious code or false information through our forms;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection with a person or organisation.
We may restrict or suspend access to the site if it’s being misused.
Our content & intellectual property
Unless we say otherwise, the website and its content — including its design, text, graphics, animations, video and code, and the Legato name, wordmark and column icon — belong to Legato or to our licensors, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially use our content without our written permission, except where the law allows it (for example, sharing a link or quoting briefly with credit).
Portfolio & client work
Our portfolio shows projects we’ve created for our clients. Client names, logos, trademarks, brand identities and related materials belong to their respective owners, and are shown only to illustrate our work. Showing them doesn’t imply any endorsement beyond our working relationship.
Please don’t reuse client work shown on this site without permission from its owner. If you own rights in something shown here and have a concern, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll review it promptly.
Enquiries & applications
- Sending a message through our contact form doesn’t create a contract or commit either of us to anything. Any project, proposal or studio booking is covered by a separate written agreement or by the terms that apply to it.
- Please don’t send us confidential information through our forms unless we’ve agreed how it will be handled.
- Submitting a job application doesn’t guarantee an interview or an offer.
- You’re responsible for making sure the information you send is accurate, and that you have the right to share it — including any work in your portfolio.
Legato Studio, apps & third-party links
Our site links to other websites and services, such as the Legato Studio website, the Legato Studio app on the App Store and Google Play, Instagram, YouTube and Google Maps. They’re run by their own operators, so we aren’t responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Studio bookings made through the Legato Studio website or app are governed by the terms shown there.
